Product Description
Oil pump vane rotor are powder metallurgy parts widely used in automobile enigine oil pumps, automatic transmissions. They are typically used to lubricate engines, generate pressure in hydraulic or stepless transmissions and supply fuel to diesel engines. In recent years, the automobile industry has stimulated the additional use of sintered internal gear pump rotor applications. Examples are lurbricating transmissions of hybrid vehicles and pumps driven by electric motor.
The gear rotor combines with the oil pump, and the inner and outer rotor and eccentrically placed inside the pump housing. the outer has one more tooth than inner one. the tooth tip of the outer and inner rotor forms the chamber. When the inner rotor is driven to rotate, the shaft is inserted into its inner hole, and the outside of the outer rotor is restricted in the case, meshing with which the inner rotor receives torque and rotates in the same way.
